Lucas Behnke leads Cureatr’s client services, support, and operations team as the Director of Customer Solutions. In his role, he helps clients realize the full value of Cureatr solutions by establishing efficient implementation processes, refining and documenting best practices, promoting user adoption, and providing client input into Cureatr’s product strategy and direction. Previously, Lucas worked as an implementation consultant for Surgical Information Systems. Since joining Cureatr in 2014, he has quickly risen through the ranks, starting as an implementation consultant before becoming the Senior Manager of Client Services and ultimately, the Director of Customer Solutions. Lucas holds an M.P.H. (Master of Public Health) from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College and a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University.
Cureatr fills in the information gaps in healthcare to create a picture of a whole patient, giving clinicians vital depth and context into who they are, what illnesses they’ve faced, what medications they’ve taken, where they’ve been within healthcare facilities and where they’re going, as they’re going there, in real-time, so clinicians can take real action to deliver better care.
