What is your favorite thing about your job?
Finding bugs! It makes my job super exciting to find bugs and be able to fix them - the more bugs I find, the happier I am.
What do you find most challenging about your job?
Most of my tasks are delegated through our ticketing system so if someone puts in a ticket with not enough detail it can be hard to complete my testing to the best of my ability. I like to be able to work to clear all my tickets so I have to be sure there is enough detail included so I can perform the test and clear the ticket.
How would you describe Cureatr in 3 words?
Hahaha that’s hard! Three words. “Health companies must have Cureatr” is that three words??
Why do you like working for Cureatr?
I like working for Cureatr because its a medical company and once upon a time I always wanted to be in the medical field so this job gives me the feeling of working for a medical company but being able to do testing which I love. Plus, Cureatr is one of the coolest applications!
What is your proudest moment at Cureatr?
When I work on a project, sometimes I will find lots of bugs. I work hard to be sure to find all the bugs and have them fixed on time before we release the product. Once the product is released, if we don’t come across any issues, then I feel very proud of myself.
What is one thing unique about you that people would be surprised if they knew?
My husband is the only man I ever dated. We dated all through my years in college and then we got married right after graduation.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I am interested in learning programming, so recently I have been doing a lot of research on that. I would like to one day go for a course but for now I am researching whatever is out there to help me reach my goal.
What is the first app you check in the morning? And why?
Email - you have to. It’s the nature of our job. Email is where we get all the updates. The next app I check is Slack.
If you could be any crayon in a crayon box, what color would you choose and why?
Well I like the color blue. And white. But I don’t know why I would want to be a crayon…I guess I feel happy when I wear a white dress and blue makes me feel happy because the sky is blue on a nice sunny day. So probably happy colors that make me and others happy.
