VC Backed IT Start-up Veteran Brings 15 Years of Experience to NYC Based Real-time Healthcare Information Service Provider
New York City, New York - Cureatr, a real-time healthcare information service provider, announced that Richard Resnick has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its board of directors. Since Cureatr’s inception in 2012, the company has delivered world-class secure messaging and clinical transition notifications to improve patient care through stronger clinical communication and coordination. Under Resnick’s leadership, Cureatr is broadening its offerings to meet the evolving needs of providers and patients alike.
“I was originally attracted to Cureatr because of its amazing people, its strong customer base, and its best-in-class technology,” said Resnick. “I cannot imagine a more impactful and exciting time to join Cureatr as we transform from a technology company to a better care company, dedicated to the bigger work of filling in the blanks that exist in healthcare for clinicians, hospitals and patient populations.”
Before joining Cureatr, Mr. Resnick led the VC-backed GQ Life Sciences as its President and CEO to a successful acquisition by Aptean. Resnick holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a B.S in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
