NEW YORK -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Oct 22, 2018 -- Cureatr Inc., the country’s leading mobile real-time healthcare information provider, today announced that Mr. James Bradley has joined Cureatr as Chairman of the Board.
Bradley is the former CEO of RxHub - now Surescripts - a healthcare technology company that has developed a nationwide electronic information exchange connecting prescribers, pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers in order to permit the sharing of prescription, medication history, and benefit information between them. Prior, Bradley was a senior executive at McKesson. Bradley served as Board Chairman of AbilityNetwork, based in Minneapolis, and helped facilitate significant revenue and EBITDA growth resulting in the company’s sale to Summit Partners in Boston. More recently, he chaired the Board of Wellpartner, a New York based pharmacy administration services company sold to CVS.
“We cannot imagine a more perfect Chairman of the Board for Cureatr as we grow our pharmacy data business through Cureatr Meds 360°,” said Richard Resnick, Cureatr’s CEO. “Jim brings a track record of success as an independent board member. He is one of the inventors of the country’s modern pharmacy data supply chain and his deep knowledge and network in that space is invaluable to Cureatr.”
Cureatr Meds 360° itself is the culmination of Bradley’s early vision. “Over 20 years ago as we were piecing together what became Surescripts, I clearly saw the value of a medication history product that could be delivered using this information,” said Bradley. “I haven’t seen a more compelling instantiation of that vision than Cureatr’s, and I am eager to work with their Board and management to make it widely available to the healthcare industry.”
